What is DoodleBug all about?
The first storybook app is “DoodleBug Adventures”, and it’s all about the adventures of Logan and Landon the turtles and their friends. They always have something to learn and something to build! (Be sure to keep an eye out for Doodle the LadyBug in every picture) Storybooks and content will be added as it is created, and it’s all free to download; “something” is always COMING SOON!
The DoodleBug Stoodios YouTube channel (link is on the DoodleBug homepage) will include all the stories from the upcoming apps in the form of a narrated video to playback for the kids, along with other fun and learning videos covering topics such as basic learning, technical things, nature, rockin’ out, and how to do stuff from an Engineering-Dad’s perspective!
The DoodleBug website (you’re here right now!!) allows everyone to find, download, and print their favorite storybook page pictures to color on their own, for free. Other web content will be added in the future, so stay tuned!
We are in the process of creating a “MyDoodleBug” app to allow anyone to submit their storybook content to be featured in the same DoodleBug-style format, and seen by all, for free! You provide the content, we will put it into an story my doodlebugapp of your own, and you can show your kids what you made for them! Your storybook pictures will be available for downloading, printing, and coloring as well.
